Hi aspirant
As per your rank,percentile and category you may not get government engineering college because your rank is too low to meet the cutoff of govt colleges .Therefore i would suggest you to look some better private colleges with good facilities and placements because attending josaa counselling is meaningless in your case.

As you are general category and your score is below cut off of Jee main score , so you are not elligible for resistering josaa counseling .
Try another private college for admission .
