Hello Shashank,
If you are asking about admission to MBBS course then for BHU you will have to qualify the NEET UG entrance exam and NEET UG 2018 Qualifying marks for Unreserved categories was 119 marks. However, you should aim to score really good marks in the entrance exam for admission to Banaras Hindu University, which is one of the best medical college and cutoff for admission here is high.

For admission to AIIMS Institute, you will have to qualify the AIIMS MBBS exam and AIIMS MBBS 2018 qualifying cutoff percentage for general category was 50%. Here also, you need to score good rank for admission to AIIMS, New Delhi.
Cutoff vary every year depending on various factors so the qualifying marks may change for the next year admissions.
Good Luck!
