what should I choose - a good college with IT engg or an average college with comp science engg?

Just go and opt It . Yeah it's true like they're so many lay-offs these days. But it's not for a worthy employee with good technical knowledge. Always knowledge matters.

You should choose a good college with IT engineering...because there is not much difference between course and the placement offered to a student
