What should i chose IT in RV colleve or CS in JSS college or EE in BMS

Coming to your question, i would suggest you to pursue your interests. Looking at the branches available, all 3 of them are equally good and have various future aspects. If you like coding and can be good at logic, then you could go for CSE, if you enjoy operating networks, installations, etc, then go for IT, or if you want to get your hands working over circuits and processors, EE is suitable. It is upto you which one interests you more.
Comparing between the colleges, you could go with RV college of Engineering. It has been ranked the highest amongst the 3( ranking order - RV>BMS>JSS). The course fee for BMS is the lowest though. The average placement records are comparable, RV college has an edge over the other 2. All 3 colleges provide almost all the basic amenities.
