Following up on your previous question, after you receive the reverification results, you must ensure that you have all the required documents to prove that  you have passed 10+2 with required marks. 

P.S. This is with regards to any MBBS medical entrance that you appear for, be it NEET, AIIMS MBBS or JIPMER MBBS.
