The salary after completing BSc nursing ranges between 35000 – Rs 55000 per month in India. After M.Sc (Nursing ) it can be Rs 75000 per month. So, you can go ahead with MSc nursing. Also, after few years of experience the increment in the salary occurs. And if you do not want to pursue MSc nursing, then I would suggest you to join the foreign country which has good salary and job demands for BSc Nursing candidates such as Luxembourg, Iceland, US, Austraila, Norway etc. These all countries pay a high scale to nurses.
