Hello,

If you unable to get your certificate which you have mentioned than unfortunately you have to go without that certificate only and in that case you wont be counted in that particular category and will be considered as a general category student.

I am eligible for jee advanced as my percentile is 82 in obc category I am eligible but if I can't submit ncl certificate what will happen?
My percentile is lower than minimum percentile needed for eligibility in general category
