Astronomy is the science which deals with the study of heavenly bodies.Though undergraduate level course is not available in most of the university in our country. So, To pursue career in therotical /observational astronomy , one can do b.sc in physics or mathematics. For pursuing the career in experimental astronomy ,one can do B.tech/B.E in electrical or electronic.but most of the universities offered various courses related to astronomy at masters and P.HD level. These university are IIsc Bangalore , Delhi university, jadavpur university offered course at masters level.
