In my opinion, MBA after BBA would be a better option, as compared to MBA after B.Tech, as the field of BBA in more relevant to MBA than B.Tech . B.Tech is related to engineering and technology, whereas MBA as well as BBA, both are more related towards commerce, and business.

Thus, MBA after BBA would be a better option.
