A student must have passed 10+2 Science stream (with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects) to be considered eligible to pursue MBBS course. So, the first thing that you should take care of is the eligibility criteria.

Before applying for admission, make sure that you have the minimum educational qualifications required to pursue this course.

If you want to get into a reputed medical institute, it is necessary to appear for and crack relevant entrance tests! Some of the prominent medical entrance tests in India are – NEET, AIIMS, JIPMER

After gaining admission into a good college, complete the academic program successfully. After completing 4.5 years classroom training and 1 year rotating internship, you will earn the title of ‘Doctor’.

Hi Pankaj Batra

Step 1 . Have science in HS+2.

Step 2 . Prepare for medical entrance tests. There are various of them, NEET, JIPMER and AIIMS.

Step 3 . Score high in any of these exams and get into a medical college. Study hard for 5 and half years and pass all the Exams.

Step 4 . Complete your compulsory rotating internship.

Step 5 . Get yourself registered under MCI.

Hope this answer might helps you.

All the best.
