Hey khushi,
You need to believe that NEET is just another exam like others and it's not the end of the world. I myself gave this exam and passed successfully only after this realisation. It is only after you accept that this exam is not bigger than you then only you can conquer it.
Following are some of the tips which helped me and my friends to tackle this exam :
  • Deactivate your social media accounts like Facebook and Instagram to keep away from distractions.
  • Do not overthink about the exam. Just focus on the revision of important topics, formulae and diagrams.
  • Eat healthy food and sleep well.
  • Be confident about your strength and preparation. Don't forget know one in exam knows everything that's why even toppers don't score full marks.

All the Best. Please feel free to ask for any help or doubt.

Hello Khushi

You will have to make yourself understand that there's no point in having fear and anxiety because of neet examination, at the end of the day these things are going to decrease your productivity and you will not be able to prepare well for neet examination. To overcome fear of neet examination, just focus on preparing well and giving your best every single day without thinking of the neet examinations results.

To prepare well , follow below tips :-

  • You can meditate early in the morning for         20 -30 min to calm your mind so that you can start your day in a better way to focus on your neet preparation and studies

  • Focus on conceptual clarity of the topics in the syllabus :- you can follow ncert books and side books to understand the topics which are difficult to understand from ncert but your priority should be ncert.

  • Take small breaks in between your studies

  • practice of mcqs as you know neet is all about mcqs :- To practice mcqs , you can follow neet - aipmt previous year question papers by arihant for each of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

  • Revise :- time to time revision, as there's no point of preparing for neet if you couldn't recall anything during neet examination, so you should stress on revision as well.

  • Go through mock tests to know your preparation level
thank you

Hello.
It's common to have fear of exam when your exam comes near, but don't  go back because of this fear,
Just try to make it your strength for your preparation.
Do meditation, remove your  stress and feel free and  vanished, try to capture everything again with clean and energetic learning power, revise your already completed part of the syllabus now don't pickup new topic, brush up your previous practice instead of going with new one.
For reducing your fear you can watch some motivational videos too.
Best of luck.
