The first step you could follow is check out all the colleges which offer the course forensic science. 

Usally the courses mbbs and bsc would be the courses you need to follow. 

You could either do a bsc in forensics and later take up msc for further studies in forensics 

Or take up mbbs with your major as forensic science later.
