You can choose JIPMER over AIIMS Bhopal as it is a new/recent centre.

Though both options are overall good.
Both are autonomous bodies and which ever you choose give your best as they are the top ones.

but is there any problem in jipmer over bhopal ... I mean for a north indian is it would b easier 2 adapt in Pondicherry...

If you are from north then you can prefer AIIMS than Jipmer.
For a south Indian JIPMER is easy to adapt
