For doing Computer science from my research, both are good but B.CA is slightly better than B.SC because in some of the collages B.SC computer science is provided as triple majour and you can't learn much about it.

But B.CA is focusing on only Computer programing, design , maintance of different programs etc.

Some of the good collages for B.CA computer science are

• VIT Vellore
• National Institute of Management, Mumbai
• Xaviers Institution of Computer Application
• Christ University
• Madras Christian College
• DAV collage.

Also after computer science top companies will come for recruits like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, HCL, DELL etc

The B.Sc (CS) course mainly focuses on the mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing, rather than teaching specific technologies that may quickly become outdated.

one thing to consider when comparing BCA & B.Sc Computer Science is that BCA is more professionally oriented; it prepares you for post-graduate or research work and also creates professional manpower for problem solving through application of computer science at the interface of business and technology.

Depending on what you want to learn you choose between the two.
