Hi. Thorough your NCERT books first. Especially biology. Almost 300 marks out of 360 comes from that. And then. Use any standard book of your choice to go more in depth. And above all solve as many mcqs as you can regularly and practise many mock test. Good luck

Read ncert book of biology focusing on examples, figures,scientist name etc etc.
For chemistry read all the name reactions given in organic chemistry, and do read the solved examples given in ncert book.
For physics practise numericals of topics frequently asked in exam..
Do solve previous year's question paper of neet ug.
