To become space scientist you can choose the available Bachelors courses after Class 12 or choose Masters after your Bachelors or can even do PhD. If you are planning to become space scientist, I will explain here the entry points.

• After Class 12, you can join IIST, Thiruvananthapuram(B.Tech+M.Sc. in Astrophysics). As IIST provide Dual degree the JEE Advanced score is considered. For B.Sc you have either entrance or Class 12 mark based admission.
• After B.Sc. in Physics, B.Tech in related stream you can join for M.Sc. in Astronomy or Astrophysics (Eg. Osmania University)
• After B.Tech or M.Sc. in Physics you can go for PhD OR You can join one year bridge course in Astrophysics at IISc before joining PhD
