First of all since you are in class 10th you must focus on your board examinations. You must score descent marks in order to get a science stream which is compulsory for you to become a scientist.
After that the next step is to prepare for entrance examinations like JEE Mains and advance. Try to do well and grab your position in a top ranking college.
For becoming a scientist you must have a masters degree as well in your preferred area of specialisation.
I know it seems a lot but if you are passionate about becoming a scientist this process is going to help you.

Firstly prepare for your 10th board exams and pass with good marks then in 11th choose science stream and start preparing for jee mains and advanced qith a great effort and after that pass your 12th board exams with a minimum of 75%.After this you can give jee mains and pass the cutoff marks to give jee advanced. Try to get admission in IISC by scoring very good marks in jee advanced.

I would suggest you to take basic sciences (Physics,Chemistry, Maths or Biology) in 12th grade as per your liking. Study your subjects carefully and lay emphasis on understanding the basic concepts rather than memorising formulae and implementing them in problems! One crucial advice: ask as many questions as possible and dont worry even if they seem silly! There are many institutes/colleges which offer undergraduate courses(BSc./Integrated MSc.) in basic sciences such as IISERs, UM-DAE CBS Mumbai, NISER Bhubaneshwar, IIST Trivandrum, IIRBS Kottayam, IISc. Bangalore and so on.

(1)- I have an interest being a researcher (scientist) in IISER . Please give me an idea about the institute as well as how to get there , examination and all .
I study in class XII with subjects--PCB,(BIOLOGY).
