BMS is a professional course while buisiness economics formarly BBE is an academic course. U can expect to get a bit more professional exposure in the former one. You will get more exposure to the corporate world of management in BMS. But there will me no depth in the subjects. So if you are interested in economics and want to gain a greater knowledge about the subject then you should go for BBE  . But going into the management field and corporate sectors BMS is more preferred. Hope this helps
