We'll just type in the Dummy School you opted for which provided you the study material and guidelines for passing 12th boards. If you are home schooled or self studdied then just type "NA".

There the institute term means the institution or coaching you are studying to crack that entrance exam , if your not studying in any then just write NA or none.
