I am sorry to say you but your questions seems to be a bit confused because there is no relation of state board with the JEE Mains examination.

The national testing agency which is the official body for conducting this exams accepts applications from students from multiple boards, which almost includes all state boards of the country. So, I don't think it will be a matter of concern if you are applying for JEE main exam irrespective of their state boards.
