what should we do if we need to cancel our admission after 4 months or 1st term but college is asking for full course fee of 4 year's

There is nothing that can be done. This is a case with a lot of colleges and it is unfortunately mentioned in the terms of the college. Some colleges have it mandatory that if you want to cancel your admission in the middle for getting admission in another college or due to any other issue, you need to pay the whole course fee and then you'll be allowed to opt out.

I suggest you to study in the college unless it's really necessary to opt out because opting out won't be worth it in this case.
