Basically, it depends on the field you are into .
For Structural Engineering you can learn STAAD Pro, SAP, ETABS, MathCad.

For Transportation , MxRoad is the best software.

For GIS-Remote Sensing- ESRI softwares like Arch Gis, or Lidar softwares are useful.

For Water engineering you can learn  StormCad, haestead etc.

Knowledge of AUTOCAD will be advantageous , also BIM is very useful and in demand.
