According me BA is best for graduation .During the course you will get advantages of the subjects which are in UPSC civil services Mains .You will not need to prepare for this topic separately you will indeed get advantage for writing skills ,you will able to comprehend a lot your optional subject can also be prepared very well if you do BA But you required to do this from a very good college.
