The call is completely yours but for providing you a clear view here is my advice. Computer Science Engineering is a very highly demanded branch in India and if you are interested in CSE then you should go for MNIT Allahabad. If you don't care for the hardware related topics then IT is the next best course. IIIT will provide better placements and good environment. It will help you inculcate software skills early due to their efficiently defined course. You need to make the decision after going through your interests and your goals.
