There are several other options for those who have Biology in 12th other than MBBS.

1. Veterinary sciences.

2. BAMS(Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery).

3. BDS(Bachelor of dental surgery).

4. BHMS(Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery).

5.BUMS(Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery).

6. Bachelor of Physiotherapy.

If you don't want to enter the medical field then there are some other options as well.

7. BSc. 

8. B.Pharma.

9. There are some diploma courses as well. You choose one of them depending on your interest.

Dear Sir/Ma'm, you can also pursue BDS if not MBBS. There are courses like BSc in Zoology, Botany, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology to name a few. You can also pursue engineering, a course is psychology and if you have a knack for photography you can pursue a diploma course to name a few.
