Ankit, What you should do after the completion of your class 12th depends upon what you have studied in your 10+2 and your interests but you haven't mentioned your stream and your interests

For example if you are from science stream with biology in your 10+2 then you can go for following courses after your class 12th :-

• MBBS.
• BAMS
• BHMS
• BUMS
• BDS.
• Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry
• Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Science (BNYS)
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy.

In case if you are from science stream with maths, then you can go for following courses after the completion of Class 12th :-

• Engineering
• Integrated M.Sc
• BCA
• Defence ( Navy, Army, Air force)
• B.Sc. Degree
• B.Des

In case if you are from commerce stream then you can go for following courses after the completion of Class 12th :-

• B.Com- Bachelor of Commerce
• BBA- Bachelor of Business Administration
• B.com ( Hons. )
• CA- Chartered Accountancy
• CS- Company Secretary

After 12th from arts stream, you can go for following courses :-

• BA in Humanities & Social Sciences
• BA in Arts (Fine/Visual/Performing)
• BA LLB
• Bachelor of Journalism (BJ)
• Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM)
