After completing your graduation in IT engineering you should try for campus placements first.
If you want to prepare for govt jobs you should first research about the subjects needed for those exams, the candidates applying, seats availability and most importantly the job profile.
It is totally upto to to decide which exam to study far.
Do whatever you Love or whatever you can work with rest of your life.
