There are many courses that come under medical stream fro example, MBBS, BDS, BHMS,BAMS, BUMS. You can either go for specialization course like MD/MS. Or you can work in hospitals. You can open your clinic. You can apply for civil services.

It all comes down to you what you want to do, there are plentyful opportunities, you should learn to grab them.
