To get a better job you need to work hard and focus on your studies because to get a job you obviously need a good qualification along with a confident personality. Choose the subject or field that excites you the most not the one which you think has more chances of success or because other people are getting success in it. Remember if you like what you do then you're actually not working even for a single day. So be it a job or a business give your 100% to it and it will give you back what you want. As long as respect is concerned the simple rule to get respect from anyone is to first learn to give respect.
