Dear Anand, first step is to appear and qualify in NEET for MBBS. And the Institute should be recognised by the Medical Council of India. Then you have to appear for NEET PG if you want to pursue your MS in India. You should complete a 3 years course in Masters in Surgery. Post that you should complete a 3 year course in M.Ch in Cardiology. A fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery/Cardiac Transplantation/ Adult acquired Heart Disease is recommended. While in M.Ch, you can pursue either Cardiovascular surgery or Cardiothoracic surgery.
