When you pay your admission fees you will get fees slip . So you must keep it with you. Also you must have all the details which you submitted during your admission process.

For getting your money back you have to submit these all details to the college officials .When your seat gets cancelled you will be refunded within some days.Also you have to pay some charge for locking that seat.And it will also be told by the college. This will took some time to get refund.
