If you pursue BBA from a top college you can get a job in campus placements and various companies from industries like IT, FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Retail etc visit those institutes to recruit BBA graduates but your career pace with BBA only won't be very fast. You'll have to pursue higher education after that. But a minimum of 2 years of work will be good to build a career.
