Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is an indian oil and Natural gas company.

The HPCL selection procedure consists of a series of steps :

Written Test

Firstly a written test is conducted during the recruitment process in order to select the candidates. The candidates are also selected on the basis of their marks scored in the GATE Exam.

The written test consists of two sections - Aptitude Section which consists of 10 questions and the technical section which consists of 55 questions. The duration for the written exam would be only 180 minutes.

Later the Group Discussion and HR Interview is conducted.
