hello,

There are two types of cutoffs-qualifying cutoff and admission cutoff. by just clearing qualifying cutoff wont fetch you seat.you need to score more as different colleges has different cutoffs for various categories.generally for sc st the cutoff is 40th percentile which is 146-113.but for fetching seat in colleges you need minimum of 350+ for sc or st categories.target high and try to reach so that you don't have to worry about if u fetch the seat or not because in 2020 the cutoff rose by atleast 30-40+marks causing a difference in ranks by thousands.so prepare well for more information regarding cutoffs for various colleges refer to: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka
