If you are from other state then to get admission in medical college of Tamilnadu , you are eligible for only all India cut quota , for which cut off marks goes quite high when compared to state quota.

In NEET 2019, 548 marks by OBC category student got a seat in Government medical college in Tamilnadu under all India quota and it was for ESI-PGIMSR, Chennai, TN.

But cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should try to get at least around 580- 600 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination if you want to get Government medical college in Tamilnadu under all India quota
