If I got 445   marks( neet )in general quota Maharashtra ,is there any chances in Pvt medical college

As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam so as you have not mentioned me any particular state and your category so it will be difficult for me to tell you exact cut-off marks but on an average of you belong to general category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then you should score above 510 marks and if you are applying under 15% all India quota seats then you should score above 560 marks  to secure a seat in government medical College. the hope this information helps you.
