Hello aspirant,    

For being eligible in the counselling process, general and obc candidate 35% marks is minimum requirement to be in merit list i.e. 126 marks out of 360 and for a sc/st/pwd category 25% marks is required i.e. 90 marks out of 360. This minimum requirement you can consider as minimum cutoff. It is difficult to tell the exact cutoff for enviormental science but if you are satisfying above cutoff you may appear in the counselling process.
