What was the last marks and rank secured by an obc candidate who got selected in neet 2017 in jharkhand through state quota?

In previous year, the closing rank was 389839 (BC I) and for BC II it was 356061 so as per these much ranks the safest score should be approx 200.

i mean for 2017 the cutoff was 288.

how can you say that ?? i think that there is only 8% reservation for BC1 and 6% for BC2 . and that makes around 25-20 seats. is that possible?
