Dear aspirant,don't worry there is always option entry scheme if you don't want the alloted seat.You can use Freeze/Float/Withdrawl option.Freeze means that the alloted seat is confirmed by you.Float means that you are not satisfied with the alloted seat and you want to be considered for upgradation in upcoming rounds.Withdrawl option is used to withdraw from counselling  and not be considered for any round and also cancellation of seat.So,you can use one of these options.The dates for this are not announced yet.So,keep updated.You can check this link regularly to be notified.
