Hi Anirudh, hope you are doing well, the cut off of government Ayurveda college in 2019 neet is 420+ for general candidates and 400+ for OBC category. So the answer for your question primarily depends on which category you fall rather than the cutoff for the Ayurveda College. If you are able to get more than the cutoff I am pretty sure you will get admission over there.
