The cut off for admission in Stanley Medical College, Chennai under the State quota for the BC category was a score of 438 marks. And For admission in Madurai Medical College the cut off was a score of 401. For admission in Madras Medical College, Chennai the previous  year cut off for the BC category was 477 marks. Hence if you score around a similar range you'll have a fair chance of admission in these colleges.
