As you have mentioned that you have got 97.87 percentile in your JEE mains and taking into consideration that you belong to ews category so let me tell you that your predicted all india rank would be somewhat around 24k and your ews rank would be around 4.5k but note this it is as per my prediction.

It can vary a bit depending upon certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs, difficulty level of the paper

But you can expect around this rank only.
