If your common lost rank is 15k ,then your OBC category rank will between 2500- 2700 for NEET 2021. But it can be different for NEET 2022 because various factors like numbers of students appear, paper pattern, category wise list of student decide your category rank and CRL rank.

As far from the observation from  previous years, your OBC rank at 15000 crl rank in NEET will be between 3000 - 3500.
