You have not mentioned which paper.Is it paper 1 or 2.Nevertheless, you can calculate your expected rank using the formula given below
(100-your total percentile)*869010/100
Where 869010 is the total number of candidates appeared in JEE main January session paper 1
So by the percentile given by you it can be calculated as
(100-97.16)*869010/100=24679.
You expected rank will be around 24679
In April session 1200000 candidates are expected to appear then your expected rank can be calculated using the formula
(100-your total percentile)*1200000/100

For paper 2 the expected rank can be calculated using the formula
(100-your total percentile)*112679/100
Where 112679 is the total number of candidates appeared in January session paper 2.
So
(100-97.16)*112679/100=3200
So your expected rank will be around 3200.
