As per your query I would like to tell you that your ranking depends on many factors like number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
To predict your rank as per your marks you can click on the link below where you have to mention your NEET application number, your date of birth , expected marks out of 720 and your category and then you are good to go

Hey there

As per the previous year analysis your rank will be around 67000 so will not get any government colleges in AIQ. Though you can try colleges under state quota of 85% also you can have management quota colleges. Check neet cutoff
