You need to register for your state quota counselling of your state after seeing the merit list of bihar state for neet ug. 

Then you need to login into your application and there you have to do choice filling for the colleges you want to have.  And then allotment results will be announced  after that you will be alloted a seat according to your marks in neet. 

And then you have to report to the college alloted within week and there you have to provide all the documents  that are mentioned in  your application.  After documents verification you will get admission in that college

Dear Sushil, Only those candidates who are included in the State Merit list are eligible for participating in Bihar State Counselling. These shortlisted candidates have to submit their preferences of colleges and courses by logging in using UGMAC id and password. Based on the chouces filled, Bihar State NEET ranks, seats availability and reservation the MBBS admissions will be done. Candidates should carry all relevant original documents/certificates  for document verification for admission to around 1125 MBBS and 243 BDS seats. The Bihar Board releases a list in which the names of the students who are eligible to take part in Counselling are there.
These shortlisted students are then required to log into their profile of the acount in the Bihar Board's Health University Website.
There you are required to select the choices of your college and arrange them in a order of your preference. Then you need to lock them and submit.
The result would be declared in a few days time wherein you would be alloted a college based on your rank, marks, reservation and Preference order.
Then you need to report to the college and take in admission by submitting the required documents and the amount as asked for fees.
