To join DRDO after completion of M.Sc in Biotechnology you must have GATE score. Some times the selection is based on GATE score and interview. But now the selection is based on GATE score and Internal exam followed by Interview for Post of scientist. The salary varies from grade of Scientists. The initial salary varies from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 2,50,000 depending on the Scientist grade, experience and expertise. In DRDO there are also Technical Cadre and for that selection is based on DRDO CEPTAM.
