See, the average salary after paramedical courses in India is INR per month  for an entry level technician profile. Amd after some time , it goes further upto 50,000 per month INR .

As, the salary may go high when you have experience so the salary will increase after the years of time. But the salary is not much high in this field.

As according to per year, it's average salary is Rs. 168,000 per year and entry level position starts at Rs. 159,000.

As ,for paramedical you don't require to give NEET.
