Every year the cutoffs change depending on the difficulty level of the question paper,the number of candidates appearing in the exam etcetra. Since,you haven't mentioned the name of your state so it's difficult to predict colleges for you because cutoff is different for home state candidates and other state candidates.
Based on your percentile,your rank could be around 87,000 which is too less for you to get into NITs in your home state even with category.
However,you can reappear in the April Session if you want to study in NITs. You can also get good colleged through JOSAA.
