Level of exam will remain same most probably, but it's NTAs call they can do anything.

As students have got more time to prepare so difficulty level will be increased. Eg: if in January attempt their were 5 questions that were of difficulty level and other moderate &  September attempt difficult question can rise to 7 and remaining will remain same pattern.

Well, this is just a rough guess, it might also be possible that due to pandemic, difficulty level may fall down.
